It is not consistent with "man" run church. Jesus said He would build His Church. Our "joint" is just a local expression of His Church. It is not our church. If He is doing the building, then the folk at our joint are free to do as He wishes them to do, even if it is not at our joint. We can celebrate what He is doing at the other joints and ministries, where ever. No territorial, completive, better than thou, attitude is encouraged. As long as our leadership, folk, and visitors realize this uniqueness of our joint, He may chose to continue to bless our dependent service to Him. I love the folk at our joint.
